Our forwarding agents will pick up your shipment directly at the curb. For shipments weighing 30 kg or more, the goods must either be placed on a pallet or be self-driving.
The delivery of the large packages
Like the pickup, the delivery of the large packages is free curbside. For this purpose, the shipment is unloaded by our forwarding agents at the delivery address at the roadside.

Delivery option desired date
The delivery option of the desired date is available for the transport type of general cargo shipment. This delivery option allows you to send your general cargo shipment at a later date of your choice. What does that mean in concrete terms?
- Collection on the next working day or on the desired day
- Prioritized delivery on the desired date
- Free storage of goods for a maximum of 4 working days (then 5€ per pallet space and per working day)
- Minimum terms as for the Standard delivery option

When booking an express direct trip, you can look forward to our fastest transport product. In this case, the booked vehicle will drive to the receiving point without delay and without transshipment points.

Packing large packages correctly
If you want to send oversized parcels, parcel shipping packaging is very important to ensure the protection of the contents. Large packages can be damaged during transport if they are not properly packed.
Therefore, use sturdy cardboard boxes and fill them with cushioning materials such as bubble wrap or foam. Make sure the package is properly sealed to prevent the contents from moving. Durable adhesive tape is suitable for this purpose. Pay attention to any empty spaces that appear and fill them in as well.
We also recommend placing several layers of cushioning material between the shipped goods and the outer shell of the box.
Finally, make sure that the package must be transported on a pallet from a weight of 30 kg.
