Pickup Dates for Groupage Shipments Before and After Christmas
During the Christmas season, special pickup dates apply to groupage shipments to accommodate increased demand and limited operating hours. Please review the dates and guidelines below to ensure smooth and timely processing of your shipments.
Before Christmas: Last Pickup Dates for Groupage Shipments
Within Germany:
The last pickup date for groupage shipments within Germany is December 19, 2024.
International Shipments (to/from Germany):
The last pickup date for international shipments to or from Germany is December 13, 2024.
Specific Countries (Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Belgium):
The last pickup date for shipments to or from these countries is December 16, 2024.
After Christmas: First Pickup Dates for Groupage Shipments
After the holidays, we will resume transport operations at the beginning of January. The first possible collection dates in the new year are
Within Germany:
The first collection date for groupage transports within Germany is 2 January 2025. As we expect high demand in the first week, please plan collections by 7 January with a time window of at least 2 days to ensure flexible and efficient organisation.
International transport (from/to Germany):
Collections abroad are possible from 6 January 2025. Please also plan a collection window of at least two days until 8 January.
International shipments from abroad to Germany:
For shipments from abroad, the first collection date is 7 January 2025. Here too, a time window of 2 days should be taken into account by 10 January.

For shipments from Germany:
The last day on which we can collect shipments from Germany is 17 December 2024. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend booking your shipments as early as possible.
International shipments (from/to Germany):
The last possible collection date for international direct shipments to Germany is 13 December 2024. Here too, please plan sufficiently in advance to ensure availability.
Special countries (Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Belgium):
For shipments from or to the countries mentioned, the last collection date is 17 December 2024. Please adhere to this deadline to ensure punctual delivery before the holidays.
After Christmas: First collection dates for direct loads, part and full loads
After the holidays, we will be back for you in January. The first collections will begin on 7 January 2025.
If you require premium services, these will be available again from 8 January 2025. By planning early, we can guarantee you the necessary transport capacity for your Premium consignments.
Please remember to organise your shipments for the end of the year and the restart in January in good time to ensure a smooth process. We are always available for queries and planning support.
