What is an order number or tracking number ?
The order number is used to track and trace deliveries. It is also referred to as a tracking number. The current location and status of the shipment can be identified or tracked using the order number. Thus, all customers can track their shipment and are informed about the status of the shipment.
The order number or tracking number offers not only you as a customer, but also us as a forwarder the possibility to monitor the shipment. This allows us to check when the package was at which location during transport and whether the planned delivery can be carried out.
